Business Analyst - Dynamics365 F&O

We are seeking a mid/senior level Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst to design, implement and optimize core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in defining and executing business system improvements that align with organizational goals, with bonus capabilities in systems integration and Power BI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects).

- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, map processes, and configure ERP workflows that align with business goals.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, design documents, and test plans.

- Partner with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to assess process gaps and recommend ERP-enabled solutions.

- Serve as an Expert for Dynamics 365 F&O and support end users post go-live.

- Drive continuous improvement through ERP functionality enhancements and automation opportunities.

- Support integration initiatives between D365 F&O and external systems (e.g., CRM, PLM, payroll, 3PL) via iPaaS middleware platforms (Workato, Make, etc.)

- Develop or define specifications for Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights across financial and operational metrics.



Qualifications:

- 5+ years hands-on experience as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - must

- Proven track record in leading ERP implementation or upgrade projects, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of core F&O modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory Management, Production.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication skills (English, Hebrew proficiency)

Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent is a strong plus.

Advantage:

- Experience integrating D365 with external applications using iPaaS middleware platforms or custom APIs.

- Familiarity with Power BI: dashboard design, data warehouse modeling.

- Understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure).
